Dear Apple, only 2 to 3 years ago it was all about size. The screen, the processor, the ram - everything had to be huge and I loved it. You knew that some people out there were looking for something else, not only the technology nomads, but regular people. They were looking for computers not to show off, but to actually work and after the work is done slide the piece of technology out of sight.
To be honest, I am now convinced that this is the best way forward for me as well. I want to exchange my current macbbok pro 15" asap with something that comes along on my trips, handles both os x as well as windows and allows me to connect easily a digital camera and an external screen when I'm on the road. Back in the office or at home I definitely want a docking station because I'm very tired of connecting 3 or 4 cables. The only thing that should still be huge, is the hard drive. 250 Gigabytes would be a great start.
